Freero Kino Dome debuts at Freerotation
For nearly two decades, we have been part of Freerotation Festival, presenting Freero Kino as a space for screening films at the festival.
In 2026, we took a big step forward with the launch of Freero Kino Dome—a new venue dedicated to moving image, audiovisual performance, installation and wellbeing.
By day the dome hosted yoga, breathwork and meditation. By night it became a three-screen cinema environment where experimental film, archive material, documentaries and audiovisual works were remixed into an ever-changing programme, joined by special installations and live interventions featuring Listen to the River by David De La Haye & Nadanta and Spectra by Limbic Cinema & K-Lone.
We had a really positive response with audiences being curious, staying and returning back with friends to laugh, rest, watch, listen and experience something different.
“An excellent addition and hope to see it in action again” – audience member
Huge thanks to the organisers Suzybee & Steevio for believing in the idea, Tekh and Ale for creating such an incredible dome and surround sound environment, our brilliant crew, every artist who contributed work, and everyone who stepped inside with an open mind.
Looking forward to 2028!
